Orders usually have a 2-3 business days processing time before being shipped. Occasionally, the processing times can take 1-2 weeks. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or holidays.
Once tracking info is emailed to you please allow 24 hours for tracking info to update on the carrier's site.
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Our products are considered undergarments. No returns or exchanges. Please make sure you refer to the size chart before placing your order.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes, we ship domestic (including APO, FPO, and DPO) and international.
International Buyers – Please Note:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are shipped via USPS. Domestic orders are shipped Priority Mail. Priority Mail should arrive within 2-3 business days after shipped depending on your local postal service. International orders will be shipped Priority Mail Express International (where applicable) If Priority Mail Express International is not available in your area we will then ship Priority Mail International. Priority Mail International should arrive within 6-10 business days in many major markets after shipped and Priority Mail Express International should arrive within 3-5 business days in many major markets after shipped. Once shipped you will be provided a tracking number via email USPS and/or Paypal email. Packages may be tracked at www.usps.com.
What size should I get?
Our waist cinchers run true to size. So please order according to the size chart. If you are in between sizes or have quite a bit of belly fat consider ordering a size up.
How often do I wear my Waist Cincher?
When you first receive your cincher we recommend you only wear your cincher for 2-4 hours a day for the first week. Then gradually increase to wearing your waist cincher for 6-8 hours a daily.
Can I sleep in it?

What if I can't fasten my Waist Cincher or it's too tight?
When you first receive your waist cincher you may need someone to help you fasten the hooks. We recommend having someone pull on the sides to make it easier to hook or if you don't have assistance lay on your back and start hooking from top to bottom.
Is my Waist Cincher too tight?
Our waist cinchers are designed to be extremely tight, the compression tightens your core, helping you lose inches from your abdomen and waistline. But, if you feel any pain or discomfort while using any of our products, immediately discontinue use and consult your physician.
Can I wash my Waist Cincher?
Hand wash with mild soap or laundry detergent and air dry your waist cincher at least 2 times a week. Sweat may deteriorate the latex so we recommend you purchase 2 waist trainers and alternate if you will be wearing your waist trainer daily.
I'm not seeing results?
You have to be consistent. You can't skip days and think you will see results. You also still need to workout, drink plenty of water, and adapt healthy eating habits. The cincher is just an aide to help you get to your goals quicker.
